Discover the pleasure of a multi-course chef’s tasting menu in the comfort of our small, intimate dining room. Chef Phil offers up a creative dining experience inspired by everything from the bounty of the Maine Coast to his global travels. He loves to share his passion for food with a personal introduction to the evening’s menu – sharing a secret or two with a bit of the whimsy that won him Chopped’s top spot.
During the late Spring through the end of October, this experience is offered on Thursdays and Saturdays.
This Winter, we are offering our chef’s tasting menu dinner on the following dates:

Should you wish to reserve a table, please let us know when you book your room or by calling and reserving at least 48 hours in advance. Dining is $95 per person and dinner is served at 7 PM.
We also offer an optional wine pairing for an additional $45 per person. Certainly not obligatory, but an option to keep in mind should you want to partake in some interesting and chef-curated wine selections.
We can accommodate dietary needs, so please make sure to let us know of them when you request dinner. Keep in mind, though, that our chef’s tasting menu is most fun when enjoyed with an open palate.
