Discover the pleasure of a multi-course chef’s tasting menu in the comfort of our small, intimate dining room. Chef Phil offers up a creative private dining experience inspired by everything from the bounty of the Maine Coast to his global travels. He loves to share his passion for food with a personal introduction to the evening’s menu – sharing a secret or two with a bit of the whimsy that won him Chopped’s top spot.
This experience is offered on Thursdays and Saturdays. Should you wish to reserve a table, please let us know when you book your room. Dining is $95 per person and dinner is served at 7 PM.
We can accommodate dietary needs, so please make sure to let us know of them when you request dinner. Keep in mind, though, that our chef’s tasting menu is most fun when enjoyed with an open palate.
